- 0.25 cupBrown Sugar(Light brown sugar for a richer flavor)
- 3.00 tablespoonsRock Sugar(For a touch of sweetness and texture)
- 1.00 16-ounce packSilken Tofu(Ensure it's drained well)
Instructions
Combine water, ginger, brown sugar, and rock sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Reduce heat to low, simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the syrup thickens.
