- 30.00 gTomatoes(Roughly chopped)
- 10.00 gCoriander leaves(Freshly chopped for garnish)
- 3.00 gGarlic(Minced)
- 2.00 pcsGreen chilies(Slit lengthwise)
- 40.00 gMustard oil
- 1.00 pcsDried red chili
- 0.50 tspNigella seeds (Kaalo jeere)
- 0.50 tspTurmeric powder
- 0.50 tspRed chili powder
- 6.00 gSalt
- 12.00 gSugar
Instructions
Prepare all ingredients: chop potatoes, sheem, peyajkoli, tomatoes, garlic, and slit green chilies.

Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add dried red chili and nigella seeds for tempering.
