Instructions
Whisk together gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oil, pepper, rice syrup, minced garlic, and ginger in a bowl.

Add the chicken and toss to coat evenly.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet. Add rice cakes and fry until golden brown (2-3 minutes per side).
