- 2.00 bagsColeslaw Mix(Cabbage and carrots)

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together peanut butter, hoisin sauce, lime zest and juice, warm water, and 1 minced garlic clove. Season with salt.

Add the coleslaw mix, cucumbers, jalapeño (if using), and herbs to the bowl. Gently toss to combine.

Preheat broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with foil.
