  • 2.00 cansCannellini beans(15oz each, drained)
  • 2.00 cansDiced tomatoes(15oz each)

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and peppers and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
