Instructions
Marinate mutton in yogurt, onions, garlic, ginger, turmeric, and garam masala for at least 4 hours.

Heat mustard oil in a large pan.

Add spices (chillies, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves).

Sauté sliced onions until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add dry spices (coriander, cumin, red chilli) and water.

Stir in marinated mutton and cook until browned.

Add yogurt, salt, and sugar. Simmer, adding water gradually.

Stir frequently to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
