- 2.00 tablespoonsAll-Purpose Flour
- 0.50 teaspoonSalt
- 1.00 teaspoonCinnamon
- 1.00 teaspoonGinger
- 0.50 teaspoonNutmeg
- 0.13 teaspoonCloves
- 0.13 teaspoonBlack Pepper
- 1.25 cupsEvaporated Milk(12 oz can)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare pie crust according to instructions.

Blind bake the crust for 20 minutes. Remove weights and tent edges with foil.
