- 2.00 cupsClub Soda(Adjust to taste)

Instructions
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon sticks with water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until sugar dissolves (about 10 minutes).

Remove from heat and let the syrup cool completely. Discard cinnamon sticks.
