Ingredients
- 900.00 gChicken Drumsticks(Boneless, skinless for a healthier option.)
- 2.00 Red Onions(Cut into wedges for even cooking.)
- 600.00 gCarrots(Scrubbed and cut into batons.)
- 2.00 tbspOlive Oil(For a healthier option, use avocado oil.)
- 2.00 Garlic Cloves(Crushed or finely chopped.)
- 250.00 gBulgur Wheat(Rinse before cooking for best results.)
- 250.00 gFresh Greens(Spinach, kale, or mixed greens work well.)
- 500.00 mlVegetable Stock(Use low-sodium for better control.)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Estimated time: 5 minutes
Combine chicken, onions, and carrots in a roasting pan. Drizzle with oil and season.

Roast for 25 minutes, stirring in garlic during the last 5 minutes.

Remove chicken and set aside.

Add bulgur wheat, greens, and stock to the pan. Season.
