Ingredients
- 300.00 gFalukorv (or other mild sausage)(Sliced into 1/2-inch pieces)
- 1.00 Yellow Onion(Finely chopped)
- 1.50 tbspTomato Paste
- 2.00 tbspOlive Oil
- 250.00 mlHeavy Cream
- 0.50 tspSalt(To taste)
- 900.00 gRusset Potatoes(Peeled and diced)
- 250.00 mlMilk
- 1.00 tbspButter
- 1.00 tbspFresh Parsley(Chopped for garnish)
Instructions
Boil potatoes until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and mash.

Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in milk and mashed potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and onion, cook until browned.
