  • 0.25 cupSalted Roasted Almonds(Coarsely chopped)
  • 0.50 cupWhite Wine Vinegar
  • 3.00 TbspGolden Raisins
  • 3.00 TbspHoney
  • 0.25 tspCrushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2.00 ozSharp White Cheddar or Gouda Cheese(Aged)
  • 1.00 smallLemon(Zest only)
  • 1.00 tspKosher Salt(or Diamond Crystal)

Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
