  • 0.25 tspRed Pepper Flakes(Crushed)

  • 4.00 ozParmesan Cheese(Finely grated)
  • 2.00 tspKosher Salt(Diamond Crystal or Morton)

Instructions

Roast beets: Toss cubed beets with salt, cover with water, and boil for 5 minutes. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 1 minute less than package directions.
