- 1.00 mediumShallot(Finely minced)
- 2.00 tablespoonsTomato Paste
- 5.00 clovesGarlic(Thinly sliced)
- 0.50 teaspoonFresh Rosemary(Finely chopped)
- 0.50 teaspoonRed Pepper Flakes
- 0.50 teaspoonGranulated Sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Combine olive oil, shallot, tomato paste, garlic, rosemary, red pepper flakes, and sugar in a small bowl.

Toss halved cherry tomatoes with the dressing, season with salt and pepper, and spread on a large baking sheet.
