- 0.75 cupRed Wine Vinegar

- 4.00 tablespoonsOlive Oil(divided)
- 3.00 tablespoonsUnsalted Butter
- 1.00 teaspoonHoney
- 0.25 cupWater
- 1.00 tablespoonDrained Capers
- 1.00 tablespoonFresh Parsley(Chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together garlic, vinegar, caper brine, and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
