- 1.00 tspSugar
- 7.00 ozGluten-Free Rice Noodles(Dried, cooked according to package directions)
- 3.00 tbspPeanut Oil
- 1.00 thumbGinger(Julienned)
- 3.00 clovesGarlic(Sliced)
- 0.25 mediumWhite Onion(Sliced)
- 4.00 cupsBean Sprouts(Loosely packed)
- 4.00 stalksGreen Onions(Sliced, white and green separated)
- 2.00 tspSesame Oil(For noodles)
Instructions
Marinate beef in soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
Estimated time: 15 minutes
Combine sauce ingredients (soy sauces, sugar, broth).
Estimated time: 5 minutes
Cook noodles according to package directions, minus 1 minute, and rinse with cold water. Add sesame oil to noodles.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over high heat. Sear beef until browned on both sides.

Add remaining oil, ginger, garlic, and white onion to the pan. Cook until fragrant.
