Ingredients
- 250.00 gDay-Old Bread (preferably whole wheat)(Crumble into small pieces.)
- 400.00 mlAlmond Milk
- 2.00 Eggs
- 1.00 tspGround Cinnamon
- 1.00 tspVanilla Extract
- 50.00 gMixed Dried Fruits (almonds, pistachios, walnuts)(Chop roughly.)
- 100.00 gCandied Fruits(Use a few whole pieces for garnish.)
- 1.00 Apple(Grated)
- 1.00 Orange Zest
- 1.00 pinchSalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Combine crumbled bread and almond milk in a bowl. Let it soak for 15 minutes.

Add eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, dried fruits, candied fruits, grated apple, orange zest, and salt. Mix well.
