Instructions
Prep the vegetables: Chop the carrots, potatoes, leeks, turnips, and cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and chop the onion.

Sauté the aromatics: Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 2 minutes.
