- 1.50 poundCod/Halibut/Rockfish(Any firm white fish)
- 1.00 poundScallops(Sliced into thin halves horizontally)
- 1.00 poundMussels(Rinse, remove beards. Discard any broken or open mussels.)
- Parsley(Chopped)
- Green Onion(Diced)
- Crusty Bread(For serving)
Instructions
Sauté onion, fennel, jalapenos, and red pepper in oil until softened (4-5 minutes).

Add garlic and cook until fragrant (45 seconds).

Stir in celery seed, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute.

Pour in white wine and simmer until mostly evaporated (2-3 minutes).

Add crushed tomatoes, clam juice, and Clamato juice. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes.
