- 250.00 gSmoked Bacon(Cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 300.00 gPork Loin(Cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 4.00 sprigsFresh Thyme(Freshly chopped)
- Salt and Pepper(To taste)
- 1.00 pcsBay Leaf(Dried)
Instructions
In a large pot, combine water, onions, bay leaf, bacon, and pork loin. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

While the meat simmers, peel and dice the potatoes.

Trim and halve the green beans.
