Instructions
Marinate tuna sashimi in Daisho sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Sear tuna on a hot pan or teppanyaki grill until cooked through.

Prepare a sous vide bath with vegetable medley, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, white wine, and olive oil.

Whisk together egg, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper for the mayonnaise.
