  • 1.00 mediumLemon(Zest and juice)

  • 1.00 tablespoonFresh Parsley(Chopped)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Halve and seed the butternut squash. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes.
