Instructions
Prepare pickled lingonberries: Combine lingonberries, vinegar, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Refrigerate.

Thaw and prepare venison and mushrooms. Chop mushrooms and onions.
