Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare cranberry filling: Combine cranberries, orange juice, water, salt, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened (3-4 minutes). Let cool completely.

Roll out pie dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut out 12 large (3 inch) and 12 small (1.5 inch) circles.

Press large circles into mini muffin tin wells, forming the crusts. Place small circles in the center of each.
