Instructions
Sauté chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until softened. Add tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Brown ground beef in a separate pan with olive oil. Drain excess fat. Combine with the tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
