Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare two baking sheets.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and chicken; cook until no longer pink.

Stir in garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Combine the cooked beef/chicken mixture with pinto beans and some of their juice in a food processor. Process until smooth.

Warm tortillas in a damp towel in the microwave for about 1 minute.

Spoon a couple tablespoons of the mixture into each tortilla, fold in half, and spray both sides with cooking spray.

Arrange the folded tacos on one baking sheet. Place the second baking sheet on top and return to the oven.
