Instructions
Prepare the Instant Pot by selecting the sauté function.
Estimated time: 2 minutes
Melt butter, add onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 3 minutes until softened.

Season with salt, pepper, thyme, parsley, oregano, and bouillon.

Pour in vegetable broth and add tofu (if using).

Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to the soup setting for 10 minutes.
