- 0.50 mediumYellow Onion(Diced)
- 0.33 cupBalsamic Vinegar(High quality balsamic vinegar)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a large baking sheet.

Halve and trim Brussels sprouts. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
