- 0.50 cupOlive Oil(Extra virgin)
- 4.00 clovesGarlic Cloves(Minced)
- 1.50 teaspoonsDried Oregano(Crumbled)
- 1.00 teaspoonSalt(Diamond Crystal or Kosher)
- to tasteBlack Pepper(Freshly ground)
- 0.50 cupChicken Broth(Low sodium preferred)
- 0.33 cupLemon Juice(Freshly squeezed)
- 2.00 tablespoonsFresh Oregano(Chopped)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large roasting pan.
