Ingredients
- 1.00 pieceFresh Ginger(4-inch piece, peeled and roughly chopped)
- 0.50 cupGranulated Sugar
- 0.50 cupWater
- 2.00 ozSuze
- 4.00 ozChampagne or Sparkling Wine(Top off the glasses)
- 4.00 piecesCandied Ginger(For garnish)
Instructions
Combine ginger, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.

Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
