A festive and elegant sparkling cocktail perfect for any celebration. This recipe combines the zest of ginger with the smoothness of Suze and Champagne.

Ingredients
- 1.00 pieceGinger(4 inch piece, peeled and roughly chopped)
- 0.50 cupSugar(Granulated sugar)
- 0.50 cupWater
- 2.00 ozSuze
- 4.00 ozChampagne(or Sparkling Wine)
- 4.00 piecesCandied Ginger(For garnish)
Instructions
Combine ginger, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
