Instructions
In a bowl, crumble the yeast and mix with warmed plant-based milk (100-110°F) and saffron.

Add sugar, vegan butter, egg substitute, and flour. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Add salt and continue kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).

Grate almond paste and white chocolate.
