Instructions
In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and flour. Whisk constantly over medium heat until the mixture thickens.

In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks until light and frothy.

Gradually whisk a small amount of the hot milk mixture into the egg yolks to temper them.

Pour the tempered egg yolk mixture back into the saucepan with the milk mixture.
