Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Cut croissants into bite-sized pieces and bake on a baking sheet until dry (10-15 mins).

Increase oven temp to 400°F. In a saucepan, whisk together milk, condensed milk, ½ cup heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, cardamom, cinnamon, and orange zest. Bring to a boil, then remove and let steep 10 mins.
