Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap each potato individually in foil, poking several holes for steam release. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until easily pierced with a fork.

Let potatoes cool completely. Remove foil and transfer to a large bowl.
