Ingredients

- 1.00 canFull-Fat Coconut Milk(395g)
- 390.00 mlPlant-Based Milk(Almond or soy milk)
- 5.00 Eggs(Large)
- 1.00 teaspoonVanilla Extract(For flavor)
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves and caramel forms.

Pour caramel into a greased 8-inch springform pan. Let cool completely.

In a blender, combine coconut milk, plant-based milk, and eggs. Blend until smooth.

Pour the custard mixture over the cooled caramel.
