Ingredients

- 15.00 mlWater(For sugar syrup)
- 3.00 Egg Yolks(Room temperature for best results)
- 100.00 gFresh Berries (optional)(Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 20.00 gCocoa Powder (optional)(For dusting)
Instructions
Heat 1 cup of heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering. Remove from heat.
