
Decadent Caramel Apple Monkey Bread

Instructions
Combine flour, sugar, butter, eggs, yeast, cider, salt, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1.5 hours.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.

In a saucepan, combine apple cider, brown sugar, cream, butter, salt, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.

In the same saucepan, combine diced apples, cider, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Cook over medium-high heat until apples are tender and liquid is reduced, about 7-10 minutes.
