- 50.00 mlBailey's Irish Cream Liqueur(Use high-quality liqueur)
- 1.00 pinchFlaky Salt(For extra flavor)
- 100.00 mlHeavy Cream(Full-fat)
- 50.00 gGranulated Sugar(For the krokant)
- 50.00 gUnsweetened Cocoa Powder(For dusting)
Instructions
Prepare the krokant: Melt sugar in a pan over medium heat until golden brown. Spread thinly on parchment paper and let cool completely.

Combine softened butter, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, liqueur, and salt in a bowl.

Heat heavy cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate mixture and stir until smooth. Microwave in short bursts if needed to melt completely.

Crush the krokant into small pieces. Add half of the krokant to the chocolate mixture.

Pour the truffle mixture into a lined baking dish (15x20cm). Sprinkle with remaining krokant.
