Ingredients
- 1.75 cupsShort-grain Rice(Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear.)
- 1.50 teaspoonsKosher Salt
- 1.50 tablespoonsVegetable Oil(For frying garlic.)
- 0.50 cupsGarlic Cloves(Thinly sliced.)
Instructions
Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown (approx. 2-3 minutes).

Transfer crispy garlic to a paper towel-lined plate.

Rinse rice thoroughly until water runs clear. Drain completely.
