- 1.50 poundsBrussels Sprouts(Trimmed and halved/quartered)
- 2.00 mediumShallots(Peeled and sliced)
- 1.00 pinchSalt(To taste)
- 1.00 pinchBlack Pepper(To taste)
- 0.50 poundsBacon(Cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1.00 mediumLemon(Halved)
- 3.00 clovesGarlic(Minced)
- 0.50 teaspoonCrushed Red Pepper(To taste)
- 2.00 tablespoonsFresh Parsley(Chopped (optional))
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Brussels sprouts and shallots: Halve or quarter large Brussels sprouts and slice shallots. Toss with salt and pepper.

Add bacon to the sheet pan and toss with sprouts and shallots. Arrange in a single layer.

Roast for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until sprouts are tender and bacon is crispy.
