- 1.00 tspSalt(Diamond Crystal or Kosher)
- 0.25 cupRoasted Almonds(Salted, coarsely chopped)
- 0.50 cupWhite Wine Vinegar
- 3.00 TbspGolden Raisins
- 3.00 TbspHoney
- 0.25 tspCrushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 2.00 ozSharp White Cheddar or Gouda Cheese(Aged)
- 1.00 smallLemon(Zest only)
Instructions
Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
