- 2.00 Eggs(Large eggs, lightly beaten)
- 150.00 gBreadcrumbs(Panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch)
- 2.00 tbspParmesan Cheese(Grated Parmesan cheese)
- 50.00 gFlour(All-purpose flour)
- 1.00 bottleOlive Oil Spray(For easy oiling)
- 1.00 tspSalt(Kosher salt)
- 0.50 tspBlack Pepper(Freshly ground black pepper)
Instructions
Cut the butternut squash into 1.5cm thick slices.

Remove the skin from each slice.

Season the squash slices with salt and place them overlapping for even flavoring.

Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
