- 5.00 gParsley(Freshly chopped)
- 2.00 clovesGarlic(Minced)
- 1.00 pinchRed Pepper Flakes(Optional, for heat)
- 300.00 gTomato Puree(Diced tomatoes can be used)
- 3.00 tbspOlive Oil(High quality extra virgin olive oil)

Instructions
Sauté minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) in olive oil until fragrant.

Add cleaned clams and cook until they open. Discard any clams that don't open.
