- 1.00 Zucchini(Medium size.)
- 100.00 gMushrooms(Cremini or button mushrooms work well.)
- 2.00 clovesGarlic(Minced.)
- 1.00 tbspOlive Oil(For sautéing.)
- Salt and Pepper(To taste.)
- 150.00 gHalloumi Cheese(Slices.)
- 1.00 bunchFresh Parsley(Chopped.)
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Dice zucchini and slice mushrooms. Mince garlic.
