Ingredients
- 16.00 ozPasta (Elbow Macaroni)(Uncooked)
- 3.00 tbspButter(Unsalted)
- 1.00 Chicken Breast(Cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2.00 tbspAll-Purpose Flour
- 1.00 cupHeavy Cream
- 0.75 cupParmesan Cheese(Grated)
- 1.00 cupMozzarella Cheese(Shredded)
- Salt and Pepper(To taste)
- Fresh Parsley(For garnish)
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Melt 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink.

Add remaining butter to the skillet. Whisk in heavy cream and flour until smooth and thickened.
