- 0.50 cupsUnsweetened flaked coconut
- 3.00 largeLarge eggs
- 1.00 cupVegetable oil
- 2.00 teaspoonsVanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
